Description
This sparkling wine is pale straw in colour with floral aromas and hints of brioche and green apples. The small abundant bead provides a rich and creamy palate. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were whole bunch pressed to add further complexity. Fermented in the bottle and aged on lees for 18 months prior to release making this wine a Traditional Methode Champenoise.
