Glowing yellow-green in colour and expressing diverse stone fruit, coconut and a gentle spice on the nose. The palate is fine and pure, sculptured by succulent acidity, a delicate toastiness and hints of roasted cashews and nougat. Drink now accompanied by grilled goats cheese or cellar and enjoy even further palate and textural complexities.
