Pale straw in colour with intense aromas of fresh citrus fruit and green pears. The palate is crisp, filled with flavours of lemon curd, freshly squeezed lime and vanilla pod. Partial barrel fermentation gives this estate Semillon further palate complexities and great cellaring potential.
