Advantage Pole Dance Class

This class is designed for students who already have some experience on the pole. As long as you are comfortable inverting on your own, then you can attend this class. The class is designed for experienced pole dancers who are looking for an extra dance workout. You will learn variations to tricks you may already know, or possibly even some new ones. The class is tailored to each individuals skill, so you will be challenged but not in over your head! Every class consists of a warm-up, time spent on pole tricks and then a dance routine.
