IDC Machinery Pty Ltd designs and manufactures a broad range of cappers and capsorters to cater for virtually any size and shape of cap at speeds of up to 400cpm. IDC Machinery Pty Ltd has also recently developed and proven the technology to automatically sort, place and tighten caps fitted with either long tubes or brushes. Cap Hopper/elevators are also available for automatic feeding of cappers or capsorters to allow true unattended capping. Another area of expertise is that of closure presses used to fit plastic closures to metal containers, generally ranging in size from 500ml to 20 litres. The closure presses available range from, simple semi-automatic units to fully automated presses integrated into rotary fillers.
