Aqua Aerobics Courses

Why not come to the Kingston Pool to have fun, get fit and make friends all at the same time! Aqua Aerobics provides participants with a great workout in a friendly environment where participants can easily work at their own level.

Gentle Exercise classes are great for recovering from an injury, expectant Mums in their last few weeks of pregnancy, People with joint problems i.e. Arthritis. It is a lot of fun and quite a sociable group of people.

There is no need to book for any of these classes just pay your fees and join the class. If you are doing exercise for the first time it is a good idea to consult your GP before commencing any exercise activities.
