The Swiss made Rex Red VS helmet features a metalic red gloss finished skin, glare reducing curved clear front cover and ratchet adjustable headband tightener. The VS stands for variable shade and this enables the operator to easily adjust the level of tint of the viewing area. For low amperage applications it is desireable to have less tint whilst the opposite holds true for high amperage applications. Fully automatic cartridges provide for easy use, no buttons to worry about. Simply wear the helmet and start welding, the helmet will automatically activate when required.
