This master crafted Staunton French Lardy design Double Weighted Chess Set with a King Height of 89mm and Two Free Extra Queens comes complete with an inlaid folding Chess Board & box, Checkers and Backgammon combination all made from Premium Grade Golden Rosewood, White Maple and Boxwood. The presentation case interior is used for Backgammon play and also for storage of the French Lardy Chess pieces, Checkers and Backgammon chips and dice. The Chess / Checkers and Backgammon board when fully open measures around 46cm X 46cm (18" X 18") has a gloss lacquer finish and provides a robust playing surface. The high quality woods used in these Chess boards combinations are beautifully finished off with an Ebony Wood border.
