TANALISED® E has been approved for use in Hazard Class H3 and H4 end uses for softwoods and hardwoods in Australia. Retention of actives in timber should be expressed as m/m of copper (Cu) plus tebuconazole. TANALISED® E is used for the protection of softwood and hardwood timber against fungal decay, borers and termites. Tanalised® Ecowood uses new generation preservatives. These new preservatives use low toxicity, active ingredients such as recycled copper and modern organic biocides to give the timber long term protection against wood destroying fungi, termites and other insects. These preservatives give Ecowood long term protection by rendering it useless as a food source for fungi and insects while leaving it attractive, clean and safe to touch.
