Child Care Program

At Little Possums Programs are planned for each of our rooms. All learning experiences are play based as children learn best through play. We take observations of the children at play and plan for their individual needs and interests. Our staff keep observation records of each child's progress to help us plan for individual children's needs.

We enrich our program with visits (ie puppet shows, mobile farm animals, reptiles & school crossing supervisor,) and with neighbourhood excursions for our pre-school children.

Our programs are on display in the hall way for parent perusal and comments. We appreciate your suggestions and ideas for our programs so we can include them in our plans. We like to know what your child has done on the weekend or any other special activities, events, holidays etc that your child has experienced so that we can keep them in mind when planning.

You are encouraged to make appointments with our staff to discuss your child's progress based on our developmental records.
