Common Area Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance

We can perform the total cleaning and undertake minor repairs to all common areas of unit & office blocks which can include:

Vacuuming floors - carpet or hard flooring;
Clean lifts;
Clean laundry areas;
Mop all hard floor areas;
Floor polishing;
Wall cleaning - total area or spot cleaning;
Replace blown light globes;
Window cleaning (below 4 metres);
Rubbish removal - removing rubbish from site or placing and retrieving bins
at curbs on rubbish collection night.
Litter removal;
Sweeping/cleaning paved, cemented or asphalt areas;
Lawn mowing;
Garden waste removal from site;
