At this appointment we will need your help to complete our medical and dental history information forms and to discuss openly with us any dental concerns and dental wishes you may have. Our team will work with you to discover the current condition of your oral health. In order to do this thoroughly we will examine your teeth, gums and soft tissues and take necessary radiographs, photos and study models.

Consultation

We like to take the time to discuss your current oral health with you and any treatment recommendations. Either at your first visit or at a separate appointment we will review the radiographs, models and other findings so that you are aware exactly of the condition of your mouth and your general oral health.
