At Pet City we aim to be the leading business in the Pet Industry. As well as providing one on one personal service to all of our customers, we also have a number of policies we follow with each and every puppy we sell:

All puppies are checked by the Small Pet Manager and by a Vet before being sold.

Pet City offers a free Vet Check after purchase.

Pet City does not sell any puppies under 8 weeks of age.

All puppies are fed Hills Science Diet food in store.

All puppies are now michrochipped and up to date on their vaccinations, worming and flea treatment.

Every Pet City puppy goes home with it's own puppy Record Card with all of their upcoming vaccinations and medications for your ease.

Pet City's Small Pet Staff aim to help you choose the right puppy for you. We take the time to find out what your lifestyle wants and needs are, to help you choose a new member of the family that's just right for you.

Pet City does not recommend puppies be given as presents.
