Description
Defined as minor preventative maintenance activities which will assist in reducing the need for reactive and/or emergency maintenance. Our tradesment will attend the premises to carry out any repairs noted as:
- Changing washers to dripping taps
- Replacing blown light globes
- Re-fixing loose door handles
- Re-tightening grad rails
- Re-grouting section of wall tiling
- Easing a stiff window
- Lubricating a lock
- Hanging a picture
Such items will be attended to during this maintenance visit each month. The extent of repair will be limited to the use of consumable, which for the purpose of clarification are deemed to include:
- Sealant
- Grouts
- Nuts
- Bolts
- Screws
- Nails
- Saw cutting blades and the like
- Light tubes, bulbs
