The drive head consists of a housing, a casing, a drive drum, an electric motor, a coupling, a gearbox or a gearmotor.
The drive head housing is an all-welded design. In the inner part there is a drive drum on support bearings, a pouring neck adjustable from below, and on the outside there is a drive mounting structure. The housing is made of structural steel with a thickness of 3 mm or at the request of the customer. The drive drum is made of steel sheet with a thickness of 10 mm or at the request of the customer, the thickness of the drum shaft is 60 mm. The shoe frame is welded by semi-automatic welding. Drain neck usually located at the rear of the drive head (where the buckets discharge by centrifugal force). . The casing consists of two independent halves, which can be easily opened using curtains during repair or commissioning work.
In the version with a gear drive, rotation from the electric motor is transmitted to the high-speed gearbox shaft using a V-belt drive. From the low-speed gearbox shaft, rotation is transmitted through the clutch to the drive drum shaft. Shaft thickness -60 mm, steel 45.
When using a gearmotor as a drive, the gearmotor is placed directly on the drive drum shaft. Shaft thickness -60 mm, steel 45.
The belt reverse prevention device is located on the drive drum shaft. When equipped with an engine with an electric brake, a reverse device is usually not supplied.
At the request of the customer, the elevator is equipped with sensors for pressure and belt deflection; an inductive (or touch) sensor is placed on the body, which stops the supply of current to the motor.
The head of the NTs-100 elevator is delivered to the customer assembled. The color of the painting is specified.
