  The E931 is designed to suit a wide range of applications in Coffee Shops, Cafes, small Restaurants and Takeaway Food Bars.

This unit features Bakbar's E31 Turbofan convection oven and a commercial four element cooktop.

• It features a fast cooking Turbofan convection oven capable of roasting a large piece of beef or baking a batch of scones or pies.
• Water injection is fitted as standard and enhances the glaze and finish of baked goods. A 3Kw electric salamander incorporated into the top of the oven allows for toasting or flashmelting of cheese. Cook-n-hold also fitted as standard means that food can be cooked and then held until ready to serve.
