Description
Derived from grape seeds (100) for utilization during the initial stages of vinification.
The condensed tannins that make up this tannin are highly reactive to anthocyanins, which form the stable and durable complexes (co-pigmentation and co-polymerization) leading to stable colour.The wealth of polymers also make Uvatann V suitable for use to increase the tannic structure of wines.
