By working closely with producers we maintain the reliability and integrity of our supply chain in order to meet the high expectations of our customers.

Our extensive supply base means we can source product for the most discerning importers and cater for specific regional tastes. We specialise in both grass-fed and grain-fed lamb, we source produce for the rapidly growing organic market and we are currently involved in trials of milk-fed lamb.

As with all Samex meats, our lamb is processed according to strict hygiene standards to comply with local import requirements.
