Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is also known as Ka Huna or Hawaiian massage due to its origins within the Hawaiian culture. The term Lomi Lomi means "to knead", "to squeeze" and "to make soft" and the Hawaiians believed that where there was softness and no tension within the body, then there could be no illness.

This flowing style of massage includes long fluid strokes that are reminiscent of waves on the shore. The therapist utilises both their hands and forearms to provide the client with a full body treatment. The lighter depth of the treatment improves circulation, lymphatic drainage, is deeply relaxing and is suitable for all ages and most health conditions.
