Description
A standard long cut leg is derived from a bone in carcase by the removal of the legs by a straight cut passing through the last lumbar vertebrae just to clear the tip of the Ilium. Legs are split parallel to the vertical column, shanks tipped and tail stub removed. Standard hygiene trim.
