Classes are available to both members and non-members and details of the classes are below.
Grappling/Fitness
This 45minute workout is designed to help develop or add to skills of combat in martial arts. It is comprised of body conditioning, striking and grappling whilst helping develop confidence.
This style of martial arts is the ultimate full body work out, so if you're looking to add something new to your weekly routine or take up something challenging that produces life changing rewards than come and join us.
Muay Thai
This class is designed for anyone wishing to build on discipline, confidence, strength, balance and endurance. This one hour workout includes a combination of learning techniques in kicking, kneeing, boxing, elbows, knees and fitness training.
The main aim of this class is that all students will achieve fitness, body conditioning, strengthening of core muscles and stamina with all the Muay Thai moves. Be prepared to be pushed to the limit.
Tai Chi - FREE CLASS
Practicing Tai Chi develops balance, flexibility, strength in muscles and joints which make it perfect for those with arthritis & joint problems.
It is a completely non impact, non contact form of exercise and is open for all ages. This style of Martial arts is a great stress reliever and wonderful for overall health and wellbeing.
