Noriya shoe NTs-100. Elevator shoe.

Our organization manufactures the NTs-100 SHOE for bucket elevators of the NORIA NTs-100 type.

The shoe of the NTs-100 elevator is equipped with two receiving toes and devices to prevent blockages and slippage of the belt on the tension drum. Product backflow is prevented by an adjustable visor mounted in the outlet pipe.

The shoe body is made of steel sheet with a thickness of 3 mm or at the request of the customer. The tension drum is made of steel sheet with a thickness of 10 mm or, at the request of the customer, the thickness of the drum shaft is 60 mm. The shoe frame is welded using semi-automatic welding.

To prevent blockages, two MDU-2S membrane sensors installed on the walls of the receiving socks are used. When the permissible level of product in the receiving socks is exceeded, the pressure on the sensor membrane increases, as a result of which the contacts of the control circuit of the electric motor that drives the conveyor feeding the elevator are opened. The conveyor stops, but the elevator continues to work, and the pressure of the product in the sock decreases. The speed during belt slipping and breakage is regulated using a RS-67 speed relay complete with a DM-2 magnetic inductive sensor, which is attached to two bosses welded to the tension frame. At the outlet end of the shoe drum axis, an impeller with four blades is installed and secured with a screw. The distance between the blades and the sensor should be 2...4 mm. When the drum shaft rotates, the blades cross the magnetic field of the speed sensor and induce a current in it, the magnitude of which is proportional to the shaft rotation speed. As the rotation speed decreases, the induced current in the sensor decreases, which leads to the activation of the RS-67 speed relay and the shutdown of the mechanisms supplying the product to the elevator.

In the shoe casing, in addition to two receiving socks, there are two flanges for connecting elevator pipes, two folding walls for cleaning the shoe when it gets clogged, and a hole for connecting to the aspiration network. The axis of the shoe drum rotates in radial spherical ball bearings, the housings of which are attached to the welded frame of the tension station. At the request of the CUSTOMER, the shoe can be equipped with a metal particle catcher. You can also purchase from our warehouse and on order   all the necessary components for elevators NTs, N, Refinery, NTsK and ECK - the upper and lower elevator drum, shoe, elevator head, elevator box, belt with buckets and many other spare parts.
