Pole Power Classes

Pole Power is the perfect way to get fit, strong and conditioned for pole dancing! This intensive class is an invaluable part of any pole dancing regime. This intensive sports specific workout includes isometric exercises, stability training and core strengthening plus a sexy dance routine. This class is suitable for all (for Pole Power Spin you must have completed at least a beginners spin pole dancing course).

Advanced Pole Power is suitable for Intermediate 2 level students and above as it includes an aerial strengthening component.
