Description
Traditional Thai massage is a unique, comprehensive and refined system of healing technique. It is the combination of Stroke Motion massage technique (to knead the muscles) and Acupressure technique (an application of deep, consistent pressure to specific point) along the body's energy lines (or "Sen" in Thai).
Performed without oil, our therapist will employ all 8 limbs: arms, elbows, hands, thumbs, legs, knees, feet and toes to administer Acupressure. By working on these energy lines, blockages will be removed and knotted muscles will be released allowing the free flow of energy.
In addition, our therapist will also guide you through a series of yoga postures. This is to assist you to achieve further stretching of the spine and pulling of joints so that your entire body will be released and loosened, maintaining flexibility. Your flow of energy will be restored, bringing with it an increase of vitality and well being.
