One of the reasons we decided to move into this industry was because we had over time, heard many agents express their disgust in poor quality of service and attention to detail that commercial cleaning companies exhibited. Once the service was performed and an expression of dissatisfaction was placed with the cleaner, it seemed it was like pulling hen's teeth trying to get the service improved. Then there is having to deal with the old tenant and the new tenant and well we don't have to tell you how exasperating the whole experience can be.

We also learnt that the disappointment wasn't limited to the service. It seems one company will do this, but won't do that and as such you spent an incredible amount of time finding appropriate service provider for all the individual jobs that were required.
