Redbak carb-up contains a complex blend of: Waxy Maize Starch - a long chain complex carbohydrate with a molecular weight 100 times greater than maltodextrin and 3000 times greater than dextrose, making it the "perfect carb" for endurance athletes and bodybuilders for glycogen stores, recovery and muscle fullness. Due to its higher molecular weight, Waxy Maze Starch has the ability to move through the stomach 80 faster than dextrose or maltodextrin, for rapid glycogen replenishment and nutrient uptake in the muscles.
Glucose Polymers - a natural complex carbohydrate derived from corn starch, consisting of long chains of glucose polymers, Maltodextrin is digested over a period of time, slowly releasing glucose into the blood stream. Directions for use:
Add 200-250ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 60g (Approx 2 scoops) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
