Tasbulk Container Hire & Sales specialise in refrigerated containers.

Tasbulk has supplied containers dating back to the 1970's when "Stateships Line" were involved in the shipping trade across Bass Strait.

Tasbulk's original ISO aluminium reefers were manufactured by "Crane-Freuhauf" and powered by "Email" refrigeration plant, purpose built in Australia.

During the 1980's Tasbulk invested in the "new breed" of 2 pallet wide reefer containers running "McAlpine" refrigeration systems built in New Zealand.

These 2 pallet wide units were developed originally for the Bass Strait trade and eventually used throughout the Australian coastal trade.

During the 1990's these 2 pallet wide containers were "stretched" in length in order to accommodate 10 pallets on the floor.

Today Tasbulk offer a wide range of refrigerated units both ISO and 2 pallet wide.
