Description
In 2010 we made the decision to run off 1000 litres of pressed Shiraz juices after 12 hours on the skins. This gave our Rose a rich deep pink colour.
With an alcohol of 13.5% it is light enough to be enjoyed chilled, on a hot day with any type of food.

A very clean, fresh, crisp wine with lovely confectionery aromas of ripe berry fruit such as strawberry and cherries. It has a hint of spritz and will be wonderful chilled to drink on a hot day over lunch or dinner . . . or anytime.2010 tasting notes
Bright deep pink/pale red colour with no orange or brown tones - attractive appearance. On the nose there is a restrained red fruit aroma - mainly strawberry with some meaty and earthy characters evident.
On the palate the wine shows strong strawberry and plummy fruit flavours, with just a touch of residual sugars (9.4) and a soft clean finish.
