Our school readiness program is an extension of our daily curriculum:
The skills we look at further developing include but are not limited to:
• Independence and confidence, recognising and looking after their belongings
• Social skills such as developing empathy, having control over emotions, making friends.
• Been able to sit and listen to story, following directions .The ability to hold a pencil, use scissors with ease
• Recognising and writing name
• Recognition of shapes, colours, letters and numbers
