Description
Social dance classes are held every Monday and Friday nights. Admission on your first night is $8.00. Normal admission is $17.00. Classes start at 8:00pm and finish at 10.00pm on Monday and 10.30pm on Friday.
We have classes for Beginners, Semi Advanced & Advanced each night, so you can progress at your own rate. Our staff members will dance with you and assist you with the steps you have been taught. You do not need to bring a partner but if you are coming with a partner you are welcome to dance together all night if you wish. If you are both learning for the first time, it is suggested that you have a few dances with the staff members first.
Each night consists of classes and practice sessions. We also teach a couple of progressive dances such as Samba, Hustle and Madison during the evening. In these progressive dances you change partners so you have the opportunity of meeting everyone.
The dress code is smart casual with a pair of comfortable shoes that will stay on your feet - definitely no thongs or slip on shoes without any backs (gentlemen must wear shoes and socks, no sandals).
