Pure Dance offer classes in Strength and Conditioning for those who need a little extra training to move up to the next Pole level or for those who just want to accelerate their achievements in class. This class will increase your upper body strength, define your abs and give you lean toned legs. The classes concentrate on building core strength by integrating ballet, yoga, pilates, resistance training and pole style moves. Classes are for students at all levels, beginners to advanced, and provide different levels of instruction for each exercise. Our teachers are interested in your personal goals and concerns, so make sure your teachers know what they are, this is your class.
