Stretch & Strengthening class- Come & join in this fantastic class which is essential for any dancer to discover their flexibility & secrets of core stability. We use traditional dancers stretchers as a base and find that this class is ideal for aspirin young dancers, who would like to work on flexibility, trick turns & leaps.
