HWNS offers a variety of accommodation support models across a range of settings from independent living and outreach programs, to drop-in support models, to homes with low support needs right through to homes supporting those with complex needs and high support requirements.
Settings vary and include a person's own home, privately-rented accommodation, government housing, flats, duplexes, town houses and free-standing homes.
Respite Care
Our Respite Programs have been established to provide carers with a break from the life-long commitment of caring and supporting a person with a disability at home.
At the same time, we provide a range of opportunities for the person with a disability including centre-based activities, planned outings and events and short holiday breaks.
Regardless of the model or the setting, our goal is to support our clients so that they may live with dignity and independence and achieve their life goals.
