Tender Preparation

Tender preparations are becoming increasingly complex, frequently requiring numerous attachments, layout input and formatting to achieve a professional presentation.

We can help you prepare Expressions of Interest and Tender Submissions and compile many of the supporting appendices that might be requested including a marketing plan, business plan, profile documents and/or financial data.

Each tender preparation will be completed on-site with you and your management team working on-site anywhere in the Sydney region and throughout country New South Wales and the ACT. We can include and format any existing material you may have already prepared for your tender in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or MYOB. This material will be reviewed, expanded and reformatted as required to achieve a uniform and professional presentation.

The Electronic Format version of each Tender Document should be obtained to expedite the tender preparation process. All versions of the draft and final document will be transferred onto your computer system as they are completed. This will enable you to continue to work on the document between our meetings and it will provide you with a final document to printout, submit and retain for your records.
