Traditional Nannies

Our traditional nannies will provide your children with loving guidance and rich experiences according to your family schedule.

Placement Fee Traditional nannies are best suited for families who need a Nanny for an ongoing position. Families are responsible for paying the Nannies wages. Families and Nannies are to come to an agreement on the type of employment including:

Nanny works as sole trader/contractor - Nanny responsible for own tax and superannuation
Nanny is an employer of the family - Family withholds tax and pays superannuation

Upon applying for a Placement Fee Nanny with Practically Perfect we will require a $130 non-refundable administration fee. We will then schedule a meeting with you to discuss your requirements. Once a nanny is placed with your family this administration cost will be deducted from the remaining balance owing to Practically Perfect.

Should you decide to not continue with our placement service or you find a nanny privately, the $130 administration fee is non-refundable. If your nanny does not work out and you choose to pursue services again through Practically Perfect in the future, the $130 administration fee will need to be paid again. This will help to cover some of the costs for our services including new advertising and time to recruit a new nanny.

Once a placement fee Nanny is selected you will be given a 6 week trial where if either party wants to terminate the agreement, we will find a replacement Nanny free of charge. Any subsequent Nanny placements will incur the full placement fee.

Placement fees are to be paid directly to Practically Perfect. Fees are dependent upon the number of hours of service required of the Nanny.
