Always a challenging variety, we have made major changes in the vineyard to produce top class Cabernet fruit with delightful
berry fruit characters.
The 2004 vintage is a well balanced wine with spicy cassis, blackberry, and black olive aromas, with a hint oak.
The palate is well structured with soft tannins, good length and delightful ripe berry fruit characters.
