Description

The Winmau Blade 4 utilises a revolutionary new wiring system that dramatically reduces bounce outs and provides the opportunity for maximum scoring potential. Its predecessor, the Blade 3, set the standard as the World's finest staple free dartboard and the Blade 4 has taken this to a completely new level. The DSW (Dynamic Sector Wire) is now over 50 thinner for best-in-class performance and optimum scoring possibilities. This uniquie wiring system is constructed from a hi-tech, ultra strong material that is designed to deflect the darts into the target area. The advanced molecular structure of the high tensile steel facilitates total accuracy across the whole playing surface, whilst lasting even longer. Doubles & Trebles are now larger by a massive 11.1%.

All Winmau boards are made in Kenya, home of the Worlds best sisal. Blade 4 now uses a new grade of sisal, specifically selected for maximum consistency in fibre density & durability. Each board contains over 2 million firbres, each individually treated and compressed to a bursting pressure of over 10 tonnes.

Blade 4 features our unique sisal lubricant to help smooth entry and withdrawal of the dart. This combined with stricter density control creates our best ever dartboard base that minimizes drop outs.

Winmau has also worked on refining the inks to give the most clarity and durability for today's heavy play environments.

There is only one internationally recognised standard for darts specs and that is set by the world Darts Federation. The Blade 4 complies with every detail.
