ZumbAtomic Class

ZumbAtomic fuses dance, music and exercise together to create a fun, healthy program for children. It is based on the Zumba Fitness concept, and is 100 child friendly. The goal is to help kids develop a healthy lifestyle, to incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives and not just a class they attend once or twice a week. ZumbAtomic considers the whole child and includes learning: leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence, responsibility, coordination, balance, discipline, memory and creativity. It includes dance routines, games, exercise and pure fun!

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF ZUMBATOMIC ?

It is recommended that children take part in structured exercise programs, and these classes are a great way to do just that. Parents are also able to join in if they want to include parent/child bonding. Children will make new friends, gain in confidence and improve their motor skills and co-ordination dramatically as well as their musicality. By taking part in regular structured exercise classes, children will be on their way to living a healthy life and are less likely to suffer from obesity and other health-related issues as an adult. The classes also embed discipline and respect as well as leadership skills, so they are the perfect way to enjoy a fun workout.

ZumbAtomic is brand new to Australia and just starting out, it is based on the internationally successful Zumba formula which has been around for 10 plus years.
